Mr. Timothy M. Tesiero brings over 20 years of professional experience in automation controls engineering, specializing in the following areas:

Mr. Talor Weller graduated from Clarkson University with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. With over five years of professional experience in automation controls engineering, he specializes in:

• Control Panel Fabrication: Building and configuring control panels for water and wastewater systems.

• Project Commissioning: Managing the startup and commissioning phases of water and wastewater projects.

Mr. Weller’s design approach encompasses preliminary design, sequence development, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) throughout the project lifecycle and startup phase. He supervises and directs project teams while managing budgetary responsibilities.

Todd Koenig

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Mr. Todd Koenig earned his Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering. A detail-oriented mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience, he specializes in:

• Design and Project Management: Leading the design and development of process equipment and controls.

• System Integration: Integrating advanced chemical pumping and disinfection systems for water and wastewater treatment.

• Research and Innovation: Researching new and improved water and wastewater treatment plant processes.

Since joining Avanti Control Systems in 2024 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, Mr. Koenig has focused on designing and planning equipment layouts and assisting with automation control systems. He is proficient in CAD platforms and manufacturing methods, with a proven ability to adapt and innovate in dynamic environments.

Seth Goldstein

IT Engineering Manager

Mr. Seth Goldstein serves as the IT Engineering Manager at Avanti Control Systems, bringing extensive expertise in information technology and systems engineering. 2nd Year Instrumentation Technician Apprentice

Danielle Tesiero joined Avanti Control Systems in 2023 and is currently enrolled in the New York State Instrument Technician Apprentice program, working toward her Journeyman certification. She is also pursuing a two-year associate degree in electrical technology at SUNY FMCC.

Ms. Tesiero specializes in:

• Control Panel Construction: Building control panels to UL508A standards.

• Electrical Schematics: Interpreting schematics for accurate implementation.

• Instrumentation Programming: Programming and calibrating instrumentation and analytical equipment.

She travels to customer sites to calibrate, install, and repair instrumentation and control equipment, including pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, flow meters, level transmitters, and associated devices used in process and manufacturing plants.

Jake Riceman

3rd Year Instrumentation Technician Apprentice
